Licensed in real estate in 1982, I joined CENTURY 21 Gold Key Realty and in 1985 I bought the company. For the Realtors Association, I have held many positions for the local and state levels. I have also been our Realtor Political Action Committee, RPAC, chairperson for over 35 years and trustee for our state association. I am very proud to be a National Association of Realtors Hall of Fame member for RPAC and my name is actually on their wall of fame in DC. Locally, I have always been involved in many organizations and believe in giving back and making a difference. I like to know what is going on in our community and always try to work hard for the sake of our community. In 2019 my office received the Small Business of the Year which I am very proud of. We sponsor and get involved in every event in the city, including others in need. I am active in my church, St. John’s the Baptist Catholic Church and also at Columbus Catholic Schools. My pride and joy is my family. Jayme and Bo are my world. Jodi left us in 2011 at the age of 32. Our family is strong and very close. My 7 amazing grandchildren are truly special. Our favorite times are our times at the lake around the campfire or on the water. I am not a traveler. I am a home body enjoying my family and my animals.

Thank you for the opportunity to share a little about myself.  I was born & raised in the Marshfield/Spencer area and have lived here all of my life as well as raising my two children here. My name is Marsha Smith, I have been working as a WI licensed Realtor since April 2021, born and raised in rural central WI on a dairy farm. I am a single mom to 4 children, ages 18-12, and am blessed to be back living in my hometown. When I am not out hustling for my clients, I find myself spending most of my time being active outdoors; hiking, biking, boating, 4-wheeling, bonfires, running, exploring WI and other travel, home improvement projects, and spending time at home with my crazy energetic labradoodle, Milo. I was born and raised in Neillsville, WI. I moved to the City of Marshfield in 2001 and since that time I have served my community as a Law Enforcement officer and a sensitive crimes detective. It was time for a change! I have always wanted to use my skills, passion and heart to bring happiness to the people I serve. I could think of nothing better to do then being able to help people sell their homes or find their starter or forever home. My husband Travis and I have five wonderful children, three of them are adults and two are toddlers! We love the outdoors, being on the lake, four wheeling, golfing and spending time up north. I was born and raised in Marshfield on a dairy farm that has been in the Stroetz family for five generations. Working on the farm at a young age taught me the values of hard work and accountability. I attended the Marshfield School District before earning my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Steven Point where I majored in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication and minored in Business Administration. I was hired by Security Health Plan in 2013. While working for the health plan I obtained a Master’s degree in Public Health and was promoted to my current role as a Health Educator. I currently live in Chili on a farm that has been in the Stichert family for six generations. I am married and have two young children that keep me very busy. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, being with my family on the farm, exercising, listening to podcasts, and reading. As a Marshfield native who has attended its schools and now works for its health care system, I have an insider’s knowledge of the area and all that this great community has to offer.
