I started my real estate career in 1982 with CENTURY 21® in 1985, bought into the company and in 1987 became the sole owner. I have been past president and treasurer of our CENTURY 21® Broker Council for many years and currently a Director. I have been local Central WI Board of Realtors president, director, a state director, and chaired many different committees. I am proud to be a strong Christian based company with agents that are ambitious, responsible, knowledgeable, professional and constant award winners. We consistently dominate the market in our local MLS and continually are awarded the prestigious CENTURY 21® National Quality Service Award. We serve our customers with integrity, intelligence, competency and skill. I personally only work the commercial area of real estate. Whether it’s buying, selling, building, developing, leasing or just brainstorming an idea, I totally love it. The challenge of finding the right location for a business or a new development is so exciting for me. I keep up with the local market on what is available, whether it is my listing or not. There is only one company you need to call in Marshfield for any type of real estate need. That is us…CENTURY 21® Gold Key Realty, Inc.
Thank you for the opportunity to share a little about myself. I was born & raised in the Marshfield/Spencer area and have lived here all of my life as well as raising my two children here. I have been involved in real estate almost my whole adult life. I started at CENTURY 21 Gold Key Realty back in 1987 as Office Manager along with that I went to real estate school and got my salesperson license in 1992. I furthered my real estate training by getting my broker’s license in 2006 and continually take education classes to stay up to date on the ever changing contracts. I also hold a notary license in the State of Wisconsin. I am very supportive in our community & my church. I have volunteered & donated to many causes through the years & continue to do so. My personal life revolves around my family & friends. My 2 children are now adults which leaves time on my hands to enjoy my many hobbies of golfing, gardening, reading, card playing & puzzles. I pride myself on a strong work ethic & a high degree of integrity; so if you are considering selling or buying real estate I would love to help you achieve your goals. My primary goal will be to make your real estate experience as stress free & smooth as possible. References from past clients/customers are available. Please feel free to contact me. Linda was born and raised in Clark County, which accounts for knowing the area well. Throughout her life she has worked in several different fields, but has always wanted to pursue real estate. She is a mother of one son and grandmother to three wonderful grandchildren. She enjoys ATV riding, deer hunting, gardening, poker, fun with family and friends and helping with fundraisers for cancer benefits, etc. I believe you can achieve anything in life, if you work hard for what you want! I look forward to having a great Real Estate Career and helping people move forward with their property transactions, whether buying or selling!
My name is Marsha Smith, I have been working as a WI licensed Realtor since April 2021, born and raised in rural central WI on a dairy farm. I am a single mom to 4 children, ages 18-12, and am blessed to be back living in my hometown. When I am not out hustling for my clients, I find myself spending most of my time being active outdoors; hiking, biking, boating, 4-wheeling, bonfires, running, exploring WI and other travel, home improvement projects, and spending time at home with my crazy energetic labradoodle, Milo. I like to consider myself one part country and one part classy! It has been an exciting and rather easy transition from my first successful business as a Health and Wellness Coach, to partnering with CENTURY 21 Gold Key Realty, Inc. as a way to diversify myself and my skill set, while finding yet another way for me to serve our community! The best part of what I do is seeing others have success in reaching their goals, whether that be in personal, fitness, business, or home ownership. I make it my number one priority and mission to offer the very best service I can to those who choose to entrust me as their Realtor!
"There is nothing more beautiful than someone who goes out of their way to make life beautiful for others." ~ Mandy Hale
I was born and raised in southern Wisconsin. In my younger years I enjoyed serving my community through leadership in 4-H. I plan to bring the same passions for the community to Marshfield and surrounding areas. I have always had a business mindset with a drive in the housing industry. I started real estate to help you in the buying and selling process because I know how frustrating it can be to go through it alone! I am very excited to be a part of CENTURY 21 and look forward to an exciting career with endless opportunities. If you need a home solution call Michael Knutson!
I was born and raised in Neillsville, WI. I moved to the City of Marshfield in 2001 and since that time I have served my community as a Law Enforcement officer and a sensitive crimes detective. It was time for a change! I have always wanted to use my skills, passion and heart to bring happiness to the people I serve. I could think of nothing better to do then being able to help people sell their homes or find their starter or forever home. My husband Travis and I have five wonderful children, three of them are adults and two are toddlers! We love the outdoors, being on the lake, four wheeling, golfing and spending time up north. I know the Marshfield community very well and look forward to bringing my skill set to the CENTURY 21 family!
After taking a little break from real estate I am excited to be back and joining the CENTURY 21 family. I have resided in Central Wisconsin most of my life and raised my son Kyle here. I currently reside in Marshfield with my husband Alan. We enjoy competing in bodybuilding together and traveling Wisconsin on motorcycle. I look forward to once again helping people sell their home or finding their dream home!
Born and raised in Spencer, Wisconsin, I have always loved the sense of community that the area provides. I attended UWSP, where I graduated with a degree in History and Social Studies along with a license to teach. After moving to Madison, I decided to jump into a career in real estate and absolutely fell in love with being to help guide people with buying and selling. Providing knowledge, comfort and taking the stress out of the process for my clients is my biggest priority. After 3 years in Madison, I decided to move back into the area and I look forward to bringing my experience back to the community that I call home!
Born and raised in Marshfield and a 2015 Graduate of Marshfield Senior High. Growing up I knew I wanted a career that would allow me to make a difference to people, and I've found that in real estate! Real estate gives me the ability to serve my clients and guide them through one of the biggest investments of their life. Where you live becomes the center of your universe, where a lifetime of memories will be made and cherished. I can’t wait to be the start of that for my clients and for the amazing people of this community!
As a lifelong resident of Central Wisconsin, I am very knowledgeable about the area from many aspects. I have an associate's degree in Criminal Justice, and served ten years in law enforcement, so I appreciate the trust that was placed in me. Along with my wife, who is in business management, we are raising our three children, which includes me coaching little league baseball, and teaching them my passions for hunting, fishing and just loving each day! I take pride in my community and am involved as needed, and that includes helping you with whatever your real estate needs are. Put your trust in a real estate agent who wants only the best for you!
I was born and raised in Marshfield on a dairy farm that has been in the Stroetz family for five generations. Working on the farm at a young age taught me the values of hard work and accountability. I attended the Marshfield School District before earning my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Steven Point where I majored in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication and minored in Business Administration. I was hired by Security Health Plan in 2013. While working for the health plan I obtained a Master’s degree in Public Health and was promoted to my current role as a Health Educator. I currently live in Chili on a farm that has been in the Stichert family for six generations. I am married and have two young children that keep me very busy. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, being with my family on the farm, exercising, listening to podcasts, and reading. As a Marshfield native who has attended its schools and now works for its health care system, I have an insider’s knowledge of the area and all that this great community has to offer. For the past 17 years, I have prided myself in providing top-notch customer service in every job I have held. I know how important it is for people to know they are being heard and taken care of. I have always had a passion for helping others and I cannot wait to help you buy or sell your home!
I was born in Marshfield, WI and have lived in the area my entire life. I am also a local business owner at Northside Computers & Cellular which keeps me very active within the community. I have a passion for helping people and making sure they get the best fit for them. I started diving in with real estate to understand more of the sales process in different industries, and how I can help more people with the passion I have for helping others meet their needs with the least amount of stress. I believe joining the CENTURY 21 family will help me with that!
